Being schooled and brought up in Leeds, Eddie started work in the textile trade before moving to Birstall in the 70s and worked in retail and printing. He was deputy F O C for 10 years. Outside of work, various activities including scouting, painting, darts captain, roadie for a local band and also photography which along with involvement with the Birstall Nash takes up his time since retiring.

Eddie is now assisting with What’s on Birstall and, more importantly, plays an amazing role in the promotion of “Birstall in Bloom“. Feel free to contact Eddie if you need a local photographer for any occasion.
